OUR STORY
IT ALL STARTED WHEN...
Jen Augello is a clarinetist, administrator, designer, and consultant. Based in New York City, Jen noticed a need for someone to help musicians, performers, and all other types of professionals with their professional presence. It was then that Jen’s journey to spruce up their resumes, cover letters, business cards and websites began.
A freelance musician, Jen is a passionate performer and teacher who has performed with the New York Chamber Players, New York Repertory Orchestra, Opera in the Heights, Da Camera Young Artists, Orchestra Iowa (formerly Cedar Rapids Symphony), Ohio Light Opera, and with members of the Houston Grand Opera and Detroit Symphony. In addition, Jen served as the Artist in Residence with the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra and has had guest appearances at the University of South Alabama, Colorado Mesa University, Texas Christian University, Southeast Iowa Community College, and more. Her performance career has taken her around the world, as she has received fellowships to attend the National Orchestral Institute, Rome Festival (Italy), and Symphony Orchestra Academy of the Pacific (Canada). She was chosen as a finalist for Ensemble ACJW, the Coeur d’Alene Symphony Young Artist Competition, and the Iowa Center for the Arts Competition.
In addition to performing, Jen is also an administrator and teacher. She currently serves as Operations Manager at Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, a D’Addario Woodwinds Method Clinician, and holds a private studio. In addition, she serves as a booking consultant for Broadway Pops International and previously worked at 21C Media Group. In the past, she produced concerts & workshops at Carnegie Hall and Music Academy of the West.
Jen received her Master’s degree in Clarinet Performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Clarinet Performance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Iowa.
